Mom snake makes a good lookout perch.
Wisps tend to be really good parents in general, although it’s up to the babies to stay nearby. They don’t shed a tear for stray babies that are out of their range.
Sounds like a mentality of the wild. “If they’re too stupid to stay close where it’s safe, they weren’t going to last long anyway.”
D’awww teeny tiny babe!
<.< Man, that baby could, like, swim up a Shivae's nostril with room to spare. Unsettling to think about.
I’m sorry to put this here in the comment section, but I am unsure how else I would get in contact (that you read, too. You might get hundreds of fan mails every day and this info could drown in those).
Whenever I try to get past this page here, I always get the message:

on an otherwise completely blank page. This started a few days ago.
I’m guessing the babies can’t fly. What do they eat? Insects? How large is the home territory of the breeding pair? Do the babies leave once they can fly or before? Apart from getting stepped on, do the wisps always give fair warning before biting? Are there “stupid” versions of them that can’t talk?
Is it just me, or does the next page just… not work?
